But then again, you cannot do it alone.” – Hobart Mowrer GriefShare recognizes the uniqueness of each grief experience because of the uniqueness of the relationship between the deceased and the one grieving that loss. GriefShare offers group support so that grieving individuals are not walking alone through their grief journey. GriefShare is a network of 12,000+ churches worldwide equipped to offer grief support groups. The program is nondenominational and features biblical concepts for healing from your grief. Each session is “self-contained” so you can begin attending at any time. You can pick up any sessions you missed in the next 13-week cycle. There are three key parts to your GriefShare experience: Video seminar—encouraging, information-packed videos featuring leading grief recovery experts Support group –small group discussion about the weekly video content Workbook—journaling and personal study exercises that reinforce the weekly session topics There are two cycles throughout the year, one that starts in the fall and one in the spring. Spring Cycle: February 13 – May 8 Now offering a choice of a Day Time or Night Time group. Same experience of learning, sharing, and caring together.
