Over this pandemic season I have been with my family more, which means I deal with the problems and fights that we have. The fights and problems are tough and they are giving me chances to grow in Christ by choosing to love because I know God is with me. God is helping me to choose love over hate. He helps me to use my emotions in a good way and He helps me keep them from running wild so that my mind can do the work with His help.
This verse reminds me of this situation: Therefore, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience. Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you. And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity. – Colossians 3:12-14
This verse reminds me perfectly how amazing God is and how he forgave us and how we should do to others as well. How can you relate to this? Do you have an Unexpected Blessing?
