← Back to Archive Daniel: A Bridge to the New Testament September 2, 2018 • Max Frazier • Series: The Thread of Redemption Audio Only? The period from the close of the book of Malachi to the beginning of the book of Matthew is often called “the 400 years of silence.” There was no prophetic voice during those years. There were no written admonitions from God. Yet, God certainly was not silent. He was at work within history. Daniel had been given a vision of those days and recorded it in the closing chapters of his book. Although there are three different visions they all pertain to the period when God was preparing the world for the reception of His Son. https://traffic.libsyn.com/secure/buffalocov/20180902.mp3 Subscribe to the Sermon Archives Post navigation Malachi: Does God Truly Care? The Time Between The Testaments
